There is a Challenge going around on Facebook that I am participating in that I thought I would share just in case you're not on Facebook or maybe have not seen it. I love the idea of starting early and not setting New Years resolutions, which usually tend to fail, and instead setting goals with tangible outcomes and rewards. So with that said, here is the challenge. This may be easy for some and seem impossible for others. Motivation and strategy is the key and if you'd like any help or advice on how to approach this I would be happy to help you. Please post about you struggles and progress and best of luck.

Hi Everyone,
Posting just a quick update. I was hoping to be back to work tomorrow; however, my recovery from my knee surgery is unfortunately taking a little longer than I was hoping. I am cancelling appointments for the week and will be in contact with everyone that is on my calendar to reschedule for as soon as possible. I am anticipating a return to the office for early next week. See you all then!!

Movember

This Movember I’ve decided to donate my face to raising awareness about cancers that affect men. My commitment is the growth of a moustache for the entire month of Movember, which I know will generate conversation, controversy and laughter.
I’m doing this because:
· 1 in 2 men will be diagnosed with cancer in his lifetime
